For support our Lab Team in Shenzhen, China we are looking for a

Customer Service (m/f), Safety Testing

VDE Global Supply Chain Services Co., Ltd. (a 100% daughter company of the VDE Testing and Certification Institute) provides independent and high quality testing and inspection services for manufacturers and retailers. With a team of western and local engineers in China we ensure the quality of electronic and mechanical producst for many quality conscious customers worldwide.

The main purpose of the role is to stay in contact with our clients and support them proceding the orders. Follow up the projects with the engineers from the beginning to the end and maintain the data in the SAP system.

Responsibilities:
1.Be the contact partner to our clients for all matters
2.Follow up clients testing projects and support to finish them fast and efficiently
3.Key in all necessary information to our SAP and Kingdee system
4.Create Quotations, Order confirmations and Orders
5.Coordinate with other lab for sub-orders, follow up on sample, document delivery and test result.
6.Close communication with Clients, Sales, Testing Engineers and German Head Office Colleagues
7.Organize lab documentation according to requirements of test laboratories
8.Assist Sales for customer aquise
9.Documentation of daily work
10.Monthly invoice preparation

Qualifications:
1.Successful graduated master or bachelor study
2.Good command of spoken and written English
3.German language skills preferable
4.Friendly, open minded and outgoing personel
5.Work experience as lab customer service would be an advantage
6.Good organization skills
7.Experienced user of SAP / Kingdee
8.Understanding of lab testing requirements and quality system management (ISO17025) requirements would be an advantage
9.Team worker and able to communicate efficiently
10.AQSIQ Certificate Holders will be given preference
