Job description
                                                           
1. Coordinate with warehouse, check reports from warehouse to make sure the data compliance bwtween SAP/WMS
2. Regularly report to each BU on abnormal inventory in warehouse, e.g. slow mover, expired material list etc
3. Coordinate with logistics company to make sure deliveries to customer in safe/ good condition within lead time
4. Track and trace local shpts, solve the problem in case unexpected issue happens
5. Set up SOP with warehouse and transportation company
6. Monitoring the performance of warehouse and transportation companies via monthly KPI report
7. Statistics on warehouse /transportation operation, e.g. on time delivery, repacking report, cost analysis etc
8. Warehouse and transportation company bililng check
9. Monitoring material master data, in case any wrong information, work with relative colleague to improve
10. Monitoring and control abnormal goods issue from warehouse
11. Set up and standarlized the logistics support operation for sourcing center and problem solving
    
     
 Requirements:
1. University graduate in Transport logistic
2. 3 years or relevant work experience in other chemical companies on export handling
3. Communicative and able to work to work in a team
4. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
