Responsibilities
- Supports transport solution with minimal demand, service demand and capacity;
- Maintains transport agreements and related to them information in systems;
- Supports activities related to operations process and administration (e.g. SBI, FMC filling);
- Works closely with and supports transport areas for ocean operations, including trouble-shooting;
- Follows up KPIs with carriers and other activities related to operations process and administration (e.g. operations monitoring SBI, FMC filling);
- Supports tasks and projects related to ocean and Supply Chain development;
- Connects and interacts with all relevant internal and external stakeholders;
- Defines, maintains, monitors and optimises the frame for the operational set-ups related to ocean transportation;
- Collects and updates the data necessary to define and adjust the operational set-ups as well as to be the first escalation point for the transport areas for ocean operations trouble-shooting.

Requirements
- Self-reliant, motivated and resilient with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently;
- Understand profit and loss and how to affect its result through personal actions;
- Good speaking, reading and writing skills in English;
- Good presentation and communication skills both in written and verbal;
- Problem-solving experience as well as working within set deadlines;
- Computer proficiency with high MS office, especially MS Excel skills;
- At least 5 years of working experience;
