职位描述：
Responsible for facilitating continuous improvement process work sessions and leading teams through rapid improvement events to address strategic projects or value stream initiatives. Executes analytical approaches and applies proven structured process improvement techniques in support of overall work area or department strategy and value chain. Leads efforts for establishing and sustaining improvement processes supporting a value stream manager and their associated value stream. Implements shared continuously improving standard practices and processes across an area or business unit. Mentors and coaches frontline leaders and personnel at the location to promote and foster a thriving Continuous Improvement (Lean) culture, develop Continuous Improvement (Lean) competencies, and empower individuals throughout the organization to relentlessly pursue waste elimination, driving continuous improvement and maximizing customer value. Evaluates the leadership standard work of the local frontline leaders in support of an effective management system, infrastructure and management process. Promotes and supports all portions of their value stream for Continuous Improvement (Lean) Maturity.

Technical:
? Expert knowledge of lean production system and Six Sigma with the ability to develop programs
? Demonstrated hands on experience using Lean and Six Sigma tools and delivered successful projects in an operational environment.
? Strong experience in operations
? Understanding of resource, capacity planning.
? Experience of Business Processes improvement in facilitating projects for IT, HR, Finance, SCM, Sales & Marketing and other non-manufacturing functions is preferred.

Education:
? Bachelor degree in technical field, industrial, mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent in Engineering or science field. Relevant advanced degree preferred

Experience:
? Minimum 10 years’ experience in industry focus on process improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodology with hands on experience in driving and facilitating Lean and Six Sigma improvement projects/activities. 举报 分享
