JOB SUMMARY
1. Develops and expands GSMB brands beer market, aligned with GSMB business directions & strategies by
a. Identifying specific markets/appropriate channels for volume growth.
- Modern trade on premise: Western Bar/Local Bar/KTV/Pub/Hotel/Resorts
b. Identifying and recruiting qualified suppliers: dealers or sub-dealers
c. Identifying appropriate brand/product penetration
d. Lead in the negotiation and opening of suppliers and key accounts
e. Maintain good relationship with dealers/sub-dealers and key accounts
2. Prepares specific business plans and programs per channels/suppliers/key accounts
3. Monitors and reviews the implementation of agreed plans and programs in each account and recommends appropriate corrective measures as needed.
4. Builds and maintains goodwill and enhances customer business relationships with the suppliers /accounts opened
5. Turnovers to Sales Group the suppliers/key accounts for regular servicing and coverage including the business plans and programs
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Primary Functions
1. Business Development
? Conducts survey /negotiate with potential suppliers/key accounts for GSMB brands and SKUs.
? Prepares business plan aligned with GSMB business directions and strategies. This includes appropriate brands/channels for penetration, pricing, promo and merchandising support.
? Prepares and implements monthly, weekly and daily work plans and itinerary for the achievement of sales objectives and targets.
? Ensures and implements closures / agreements with suppliers/accounts for product availability and trade and consumer promo support based on approved business plan.
? Coordinates with Sales Group to ensure:
- stock availability at all times and
- implementation of trade and consumer promotions, sponsorships, and merchandising activities
- resolution of concerns gathered during his regular call
? Monitors and reviews implementation of agreed plans and programs during review with GSM/CD and recommends corrective actions
? Builds and maintains strong relationships with suppliers/accounts opened, develop partnering and can provide business advice based on current business performance results and market trends to increase sales volume.
? Properly turnovers newly opened suppliers/accounts to Sales Group including their business plans/approved promo and merchandising support program
2. Relationship Building
? Responsible for the timely and effective dissemination to the trade of key information / announcement on Sales policies, price changes and new product introductions, etc.
? Participates and provides support in projects and special events of sales account that will help promote image of GSMB products
? Develops and maintains relationships and alliances with other industry associations, suppliers, and
vendors that promote the goodwill of the company.
? Assists in conceptualizing, organizing, coordinating and implementing major networking activities with key government /third parties and trade stakeholders.
? Evaluates and makes recommendation on requests for assistance by key government/third parties and trade stakeholder
? Role models and practices GSMB corporate values, working norms and business ethics.
3. Administrative
? Submits accurate, complete and timely monthly or weekly feedback update reports, monthly operations reports, sales and other related reports.
? Gathers records/data and analyzes pertinent information and uses the same for planning and decision-making pertaining trade business concerns and issues.
? Attends and participates in the region and national monthly operations reviews and sales planning processes
? Strictly follows GSMB company policies and procedures.
B. Nature of Interaction with Clients and Other Units

JOB SPECIFICATIONS A. Education Bachelor's/University degree in business, sales or marketing or equivalent training in business or sales management B. Work Experience Requires at least 8 years or more experience in the areas of sales and marketing and related fields, preferably with at least 3 year supervisory experience C. Skills required Basic knowledge of business operations particularly in sales, finance, logistics and marketing Knowledge of relevant China commercial laws, government regulations and generally accepted business practices Effective English oral and written communication skills Leadership and management skills Persuasive selling and negotiating skills Presentation and facilitating skills Problem solving skills D. Work Condition 80% fieldwork and 20% office setting .
