职位描述：
1. 工期：9个月至1年

2. 服务范围:提供所需的服务,包括但不限于:
1）负责油气田项目的工艺危害和风险的识别、分析、评价和处理，避免与工艺有关的伤害和事故的发生；
2）督促和监理工程设计单位执行国家制定的工艺安全设计标准和规范；
3）督促设计承包商完成危险与可操作性研究（HAZOP分析）；并对分析报告进行审查；
4）参与施工图工艺安全的评估，并落实相关问题；
5）参与作业风险控制和工业卫生与化学品风险评估
6）参与工程设计变更的审查；参与监督现场施工顺序；
7）组织施工现场工艺相关隐患的排查；
8）参与工艺安全事故的调查，并确保整改项的有效跟踪；
8）完成月度的工艺事故的统计汇总；完成月度安全评估的统计和汇总；
10）参与其他工艺安全工作。

3.岗位要求：
学历：本科及以上
专业知识：具备一定的有机化学或制药方面的知识，熟悉 EIA（环境影响测评）, OH（职业健康）,
OHS（职业健康安全）所要做好的相关准备；
语言：英文听说读写良好者优先
IT：良好，熟练运用Office
工作经验：5年以上有机合成制药的工艺研发或生产、安全管理经验
