岗位职责：
1、在公司人力资源总监的领导下全面负责公司的人力资源与行政管理工作，确保公司各部门用工正常，以保证公司的正常运营；
2、全民负责人力资源部全体人员的日常管理工作，合理分工和配置人员，做到人尽其才，各尽其能，负责督导和分配所属人员的各项工作；
3、根据各部门人员需求情况，负责制定招聘计划、招聘程序，进行初步的面试和筛选；
4、与员工进行积极沟通，做好各部门间的人员协调工作，促进人员的优化配置；
5、负责制定全员培训计划，对员工进行岗前培训、在职培训，并进行培训结果的分析与反馈；
6、负责员工签订劳动合同、办理社会保障福利；
7、行政各项事务的管理与监督；
8、完成上级临时交办的其他工作。
