职位描述：
Responsibility:
? Prepare AR aging report according to management requirement, submit AR analysis report periodically根据管理需要编制帐龄表，定期提交应收帐款分析报告
? Approve sales order in ERP efficiently and accurately according to the authorization, input collection information in ERP
及时准确按照授权审核订单录入ERP 回款
? Well organize and prepare reconciliation work with customers
做好客户对账工作
? Monitor AR collection; participate in the collection actions when necessary
监控检查销售部门应收帐款催收工作；必要时参与收款行动
? Organize collection meeting monthly, analysis AR situation, provide corresponding suggestions
每月召集收款会议，分析问题帐款状况，提出相应建议
? Fanalize the problem accounts list for centralized processing, and cooperate with legal departments for creditor's rights maintenance work, such as litigation, asset preservation, etc.
确定需要移交集中处理的问题帐款名录，并和法律部门参与诉讼、资产保全等债权维护工作
? Other works or special assignments required by superior

Qualification:
? Bachelor's degree, Major in financial related or legal related subjects
本科以上学历，财务/法务类相关专业
? Knowledge of finance concepts and principles and contract law is a strong plus
具备基本财务知识和合同法知识者尤佳
? Basic experience in credit control/financial analysis/data analysis is preferred
具备信用控制/财务分析/数据分析经验者优先
? working experiences in business environment.
