职位：全国建筑事业部经理
部门：销售-装配技术、汽车和建筑部

岗位职责：
1.领导建筑销售团队，发展伍尔特集团在全国范围内的建筑销售业务
2.跟踪关键项目和客户的维护情况
3.建立建筑部门业务网络，开发并维护包括终端客户，设计院，工程咨询公司，大型总承包商等
4.与德国总部和全球范围内的伍尔特兄弟公司密切沟通，保持深度合作关系

任职要求：
1.暖通、建筑、工程、机械等相关专业本科以上学历
2.10年以上相关工作经验，5年以上销售管理经验
3.建筑行业相关工作背景，熟悉国内建筑行业市场
4.在以往的销售和管理工作中有良好的业绩
5.有跨国企业工作经验者优先考虑
6.良好的英语书面及口语能力

Title: National Construction Division Manager
Department: Sales - Division Crafts Department
Location: Shanghai

As a family business, Würth (China) tried its best to create a family atmosphere for our employees and establish a perfect sales service network in more than 100 cities in China to serve the customer needs in Auto, Metal, Construction and Industry fields. We want to be the No.1 in the eyes of our customers as the best and most qualified sales team!

Responsibilities:
1.Lead construction sales team to develop Wuerth construction business in China
2.Track Key projects and customers
3.Set up business network of construction business including End User, Design Institute, Engineering Consultant Company, General Contractor, and so on
4.Communicate with Germany head courter and brother Wuerth companies worldwide for cooperation

Requirements:
1.Bachelors’ degree or above on construction related majors including HVAC, Architecture, Engineering, Mechanic, etc.
2.Over 10 years working experience and more than 5 years management experience
3.Construction related working background and be familiar with Chinese construction market
4.Good record on sales and management in previous work
5.Multinational companies’ working experience is preferred
