职位描述：

1. Operate the Wincos system and monitor the production at any moment;

操作Wincos系统并且时刻监控生产运行；

l 启动和停止生产线

l 监控配料秤称量，对出现的称量不足或称量过量进行处置

l 根据每日生产计划合理安排生产顺序，使设备的效率较高

l 根据生产计划和技术要求，给每个产品分配生产线

l 通过对讲机提醒各岗位的工作，例如通知及时补料

l 记录并保存生产过程中任何重要的信息，例如某一个生产线的停机时间

l 对WinCos系统提示的错误进行及时的回应，例如，系统报告Q52阀门出错，中控员需要及时通知维修人员进行处置。

2. Provide information to production teams and maintenance team to support their work;

给生产人员及维修人员提供信息以协助其工作；

3. Report to production manager the abnormal issues in production and issues out of the responsibility on time;

及时地向生产经理汇报生产异常问题以及职责范围外的问题；

职位要求：

Background : College or above, at least 3 years working experience.

教育背景：至少3年工作经验。

Knowledge : Understand the process of pre-mix production. Have the ability to operate in important positions of the production. Be familiar with basic computer operation,

技能：理解预混料生产程序，可以在重要的岗位上进行实际操作的能力，熟悉基本电脑操作。

Qualities required : Be conscientious and prudential.

品质要求：严谨负责。
