Specific Responsibilities
1. Lead and develop China marketing and business development strategy and participant in execution.
2. Collect customer needs, competition intelligence and macro environment / trend to do in depth analysis as input for global marketing strategy especially product strategy for China market.
3. Content development (case studies, cost benefit analysis etc) for sales tools including seminars & marketing communication.
4. Thoughful allocation of marketing resources to optimize efficiency / output.
5. Conduct marketing research on market size / growth / share of each segment.
6. Formulate pricing strategies and participate in the control of channel and company gross margin.
7. Company website update and management.
8. Working location: Shanghai. .


The Person
Qualifications and Experience
1. Minimum 8 years Marketing experience in foreign companies;
2. As least 2 years relevant management experience;
3. University degree (engineering, business or equivalent);
4. Fluency in English.

2. Results based style skill set with good communication skills;
