Import:  

  Prepare documents and declaration info to broker. ( for AI , DSV Air import team will check on the documentation we received and provide to Broker after all received ) 准备进口报关单证并提供给报关行

  Generate  out PO(contract) from SAP and revise PO (contract) manually to match Invoice for every shipment (PO<3) or prepare consolidate contract for PO>=3 从SAP系统中生成采购订单用于报关，如果小于三个采购订单的需要手工去改金额，如果大于三个采购订单的需要手工制作一张新的采购订单。

  Revise Invoice/Packing List as per Dow instruction.( most for sample order , in case discrepancy found  for Gross weight  between manifest and packing list , DSV need manual update packing list  )  根据货主要求来缮制装箱单发票

  Generate  out MSDS from SAP for DG declaration 从SAP系统中生成MSDS 用于危险品的申报  

  Determine cargo status, DG chemical or non-DG chemical according to MSDS and inform broker to proceed declaration in accordingly.  根据MSDS来分辨货物是否是危险品并通知代理报关

  Generate  out label from SAP and provide to broker in case of DG chemical cargo. 从SAP系统中生成危险品/危化品的标签 

  Apply for coating registration certification / IMI certification / GHS label /MSDS identification  申请涂料备案，IMI证书，危化标签，分辨MSDS

  Coordinate with chemical  testing company and Dow to arrange sample testing and file test report.  样品需要协调**和送检单位来完成测试报告，并完成归档。

  Check E-CIQ code with Dow technical dep in case HS code update or new material launch. 如逢任何商品编码更新或者新物料需要查商检规定并提前请**相关部门进行分析  

  Pay Tax via Web on behalf of Customer  代表**付进口关税

  Docs filling in public drive (Invoice / Packing List / Declaration Sheet / Tax etc.)   按照**的有关规定进行文件归档

  Track shipment status and maintain SED in SAP   SAP 系统中对于货物到门点的时间进行精确的更新

  APAY finance document filing 付款凭证的归档  

  import tracking report for sample  进口样品的手工跟踪报告  

  Daily report to alert shipment arrival. 进口货物的每日跟踪报告的更新  

  Generate out database of HS code from SAP and dispatch to broker twice per week.  每两周从系统里生成商品编码的最新清单，发送给相关单位

  Provide declaration document for courier shipment (Free of charge now) 提供快递报关单证  

  Reply cargo status to scheduler/CS/planner.   回答任何**内部关于货物状态的提问

  APAY charge list (PO base)  付款清单的更新（以采购订单为单位）   

Export:          

  Generate  out export document from SAP / fill in customs declaration sheet & documentation in related 从SAP中生成出口报关单证，缮制和出口报关有关联的单证        

  Apply for IMI certification / DG package certification / COO/ FTA/ CIQ certification  申请出口证书许可证等

  Maintain shipment report Filing and provide shipping document ( declaration sheet/ PKL/INV/Contract/BL/DN) to Finance together with shipment report. Maintain SAP status(AC,CO)  给财务提供详细的出口报告        

  Generate out import declaration document from SAP after CO and provide to destination for c/c purpose  从系统中拉出，出口的报关单证  

  Tracking shipment status and maintain SED in SAP 出口系统的更新以及追踪出口货物的状态      

  Prepare monthly KPI report 准备每月的KPI报告          

  Reply cargo status to scheduler/CS/planner.  回答任何问题如遇**内部关于货物的询问      

  Generate out export document from SAP for BLP shipment (free of charge now)   准备出口BLP的单证

Requirements：

Basic knowledge on Database; Basic MS office knowledge.

University graduates, Good spoken & written English, and Mandarin;

2-3 years work experiences in same industry will be preferable;

Accountable and responsible; Positive attitude under high pressure, carefulness in detailsails
