The OEM & FWS Marketing Assistant is a contractor role to support FWS & OEM Marketing team, PO process and in additional to whole China Marketing team in ASP regular report data input, marketing documentation of process, database, and coordination for cross-space, HSSE and E&C matters, training plan, and administration support to China Marketing Director.
The position reports to OEM & FWS Marketing Manager.
OEM & FWS Marketing Activity Design & Implementation :
? Support the channel marketing team in operations and execution of various OEM FWS events and activations.
? Support OEM & FWS trade promotions on POSM design/premium selection/material delivery/stock management.
? Maintain OEM CRM programs including: win-win platform and wechat platforms.
?Support OEM online and offline service advisor training programs.
?OEM & FWS sample oil arrangement management
?Provide OEM & FWS purchasing order management.
Marketing Administration Management:
? Assist China Marketing Director in process document; database management; training plan and settle;
? Assist Marketing Operation Manager in holding meeting calendar of marketing team, support the planning & execution of marketing activity
?Provide HSSE administration support as BP First Aider.
ASP Administration Management:
? Assist PO receipt process for whole marketing team in line with BP compliance
? Record monthly OEM & FWS ASP and input in regular report per agreed budget in line with compliance. And provide ASP report of OEM & FWS by account/projects on time.
?Provide OEM & FWS Marketing team purchasing order processing.
Educational background
? University degree in Marketing or related discipline
Experience
? Experience in budget control & reporting
? Experience of working in a matrix organization
? Experience in Marketing will be better
? Lubricants experience desirable but not essential
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
