职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1,Take part in the activities of APQP of new project to ensure all relevant quality documents are available and filed.
2, Co-operate with project team to achieve project goal.
3, Coach and manage the subordinate employees.
4, Develop inspection plan and/or inspection instructions.
5, Essure nonconforming material is quarantined and disposed in a timely manner to reduce the risk of misusing nonconforming material and keep proper quality records.
6, Ensure the material which feed to production line is qualified.
7, Ensure hit quiality target.
8, To coordinate and/or develop the corrective/preventive actions for all the quality issues in incoming, process and final inspection.
9,Handle the customer quality complaint and warranty issue, provide corrective actions as required.
10, Ensure all gages are calibrated and used in good conditions.
11, Assure the application of the SHE aspects in the area of responsibility and conduct the SHE job function in the belonging team.
12, Other duties and assignments given by the SHEQ manager

Requirements:
1, Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design and automation or related major.
2, Familiar with ISO TS 16949 / VDA 6.3 / QS9000
3, Familiar with APQP and PPAP.
4, Three years work experience on automotive industry at least.
5, Fluent oral English and good written and reading English skills. 举报 分享
