职位描述：
? Purchase process flow and management procedure setup and perfect to comply to quality system request. And ensure the procedure has been fully followed
? To purchase the material and follow up with the shipment to ensure the delivery on schedule.
? To focus on the cost reduction and purchasing cycle time reduction.
? To control the whole purchasing process are under the compliance of SIC and quality system requirement.
? To monitor and record supplier delivery performance
? To dispose supplier return parts
? To work with quality and sourcing team closely to focus on supplier quality improvement
? To provide right/accurate related material data to managers for review timely
? To make the supplier payment on time to maintain business relationship with our supplier
? Planning process flow and management procedure setup and perfect to comply to quality system request. And ensure the procedure has been fully followed
? To plan the material purchasing, manufacturing and shipment to ensure customer supply without any shortage;
? To publish supplier delivery forecast timely and conduct supplier to do material preparation.
? To publish production plan and work with focus factory production team to keep delivery on time.
? To control the inventory at low level and meet with business turns goal.
? To work with sales team closely to keep delivery flexible and meet customer satisfaction;
? To response any customer complaints in material area timely;
? To update SO status and pre-alert any potential risks on delivery to CS team;
? To balance inventory and OTD influence, achieve good results both on two indicators;
? Monitor the materials actual usage and make corresponding adjustment on materials preparation policy;
? To do what the managers asked to do.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

College degree, CET-6 is preferred
At least 2 years experiences in foreign company
Good communication skills, and good English skills
Good understanding and experience of ERP
Work hard and willing to receive the challenge job
