职位描述：
Major Accountabilities Of Position:
1. Prepare the monthly consolidated China financial report, commentary, and other reports required by Group Finance.
Sole 20%
2. Review the monthly financial reports prepared by subordinates for each entity (for statutory reports, management reports and other analysis). Lead 20%
3. Oversees the budget, forecast process for whole China and monitor the actual operation. Lead 20%
4. Prepare various analysis on China level to management team, like DDO, DWU, cash flow forecast, analysis by Location, by BU, Actual v.s. budget/ forecast analysis, and etc. Sole 5%
5. Liaison with Group Finance and AME regional Finance for all disclosure requirements and ad hoc analysis required.
Sole 5%
6. Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audit ensuring full compliance with local statutory reporting Lead 5%
7. Coordinate with Location Finance, Accounting team and non-finance dept. Ensure financial reports by Locations and by BUs could be reconciled. Lead 10%
8. Team leadership and development
-- Coach and motive the reporting team;
-- Recruit and maintain a skilled resources
-- Manage the team performance, and provide stewardship of the performance review
-- Manage career development and succession planning for the team. Sole 5%
9. Provide financial support to management on the strategic and operational decision making. Support 5%
10. Ad Hoc tasks Sole. 5%
 

Knowledge / Experience / Competencies Required
Job Specific Knowledge:
-- Solid understanding and experiences of US GAAP (or IFRS) and Chinese GAAP
Industry Specific Experience:
-- With 5 – 10 years work management level experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably from a major international auditing firm or in multinational publicly listed company operating in China.
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
-- Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Audit or Finance
-- CPA, ACCA, CMA or other professional qualifications are preferred
HSE Capability: N/A
IT Skills:
-- Competent with IT Systems, particularly MS Office skills;
-- Skilled with ERP system , Oracle sys or Yong You are preferred;
-- Familiar with Hyperion system is an advantage, not must
People Skills:
-- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure;
-- Self-motivated and good communication skills as a team player;
-- Solid supervisory and leadership skills as well as a great work ethic and positive, energetic attitude.
Other:
-- Superior written and oral English communication skills;
-- Detail and Hand- on oriented;
-- Good manner and presentation;

Client’s Requirements:
-- This role will be tracking project budget and reporting the project team’s financial health to project management/executive leadership.
-- The candidate will come to Orlando for training for more than half an year and then be located in Beijing.
