1. Strategy Development
a. Formulate Ecommerce strategy, new business model and partnership in China, including but not limited to E-commerce marketplaces (such as Tmall, Tmall Global, JD etc.) and E-commerce partners
b. Communicate closely with Global / Brand Team on the brand activation strategy to support the Consumer Engagement strategy
2 E-commerce Execution
c. Responsible for the Colart brand marketplace stores overall management and optimization to ensure effective and efficient implementation of store operation in each process (application, design, set-up, online marketing, customer services, warehousing & logistics, reporting etc.)
d. Work closely with Brand and TFAC Team to support their delivery of all marketing activities that require integrated online & offline components
e. Manage online distribution development, develop joint business plan with authorized retailers and track performance to grow Colart’s share in retailer’s E-business
3 Performance Management
f. Forecast and budget planning and control, manage online investment to optimize ROI
g. Conduct E-commerce performance analysis and share learnings & insights
4. Value-add Performance, such as
a. Perform industry tracking on latest E-commerce trend
b. Support on providing E-commerce consulting service
c. E-commerce commercial policy input
5. As with all roles at this level the position holder will be expected to participate in or lead ad-hoc initiatives as required.
Requirement:
1.Above 5years work experience in E-commerce, must have proven experience in strategy, operation as well as client & partnership management
2.Comprehensive knowledge and intense understanding in China Ecommerce marketplaces “Game Rules”. Proven experience in working with Tmall, Tmall Global and JD is a must.
3.Proven experience in developing E-store on marketplaces from scratch to launch, with structural and strategic approach
4.Strong in account management, preferably someone handle Tmall / Tmall Global before, has management experiences in E-commerce agency (TP), preferably someone has Tmall resources.
5.Proven experience in developing and implementing Joint Business Plan with external customers
6.Ability to communicate & build up strong working relationships with all areas of a business to support the development & implementation of E-commerce programs
7.Sound technical expertise on E-Commerce / Website functionality
8.Flexibility to change and adopt new way in the fast changing E-World
