A. IT project implementation and Operational contributions
1 Prepare, perform projects, implementation infrastructure support of end-to-end IT Infrastructure Service (i.e. Technical Systems, Data Center Operations, Network & Communications, Desktop Management, IT Security, ERP Basis & Authorization, IT Continuity, etc) to ensure availability
2 Perform business continuity, operational integrity in supporting IT infrastructure in a controlled, efficiently and minimal downtime
3 Perform implementation, delivery of global/regional IT Infrastructure projects with vendors/partners
4 Provide support in conformance to SLAs, KPIs ensuring operational excellence, quality & integrity
5 Coordinate with Business Units end user & IT Support team .

B.Customer service
1 Support improvement plan and changes to process, systems and procedures
2 Building strong working partnership with other IT and users
3 Ensure Service Level adherence, users satisfaction

C.People development
1 Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of IT infrastructure and Asics behaviors as part of continuous learning

任职资格：
1. College above, minimum of five to eight years experience in a similar role
2. Demonstrated understanding of Infrastructure, application development services and its ability to network across IT.
