Accountabilities: ·Proficient in the local forwarder’s operation at Xiamen, such as carrier’s booking and the operation on carrier’s agent;

·Proficient in SI and VGM submission and checking the bill of lading etc.;

·Well coordinating daily Operations process, i.e. Export Declaration process, carrier’s space feedback, cargo releasing record etc.;

·Well coordinating between customers’ service requests and Carriers’ standard service guideline; ·Well doing daily performance list for management review. ·Well communicating internally and externally.

Requirements: ·College/Bachelor, preferably in shipping/transportation related field;

·1~3 years relevant working experience; ·Be carefully, serious, good communication, good teamwork spirit;

·Mature, open-minded, customer-driven, with excellent problem-solving skills;

·Good knowledge in Microsoft applications;
