1、负责注塑车间注塑机及其周边设备的维护、维修、保养工作。
2、负责注塑车间水、电、气规划设计和安装工作，机械、电气配件的设计和申购审核，备件、零配件加工管理工作，负责设备档案的建立与管理.
3、督促并指导技术员作好各类设备的日常维修保养以及每月,季度,年度保养等计划工作。.
4﹑设备的考察.选型和设备零备件的审核、并组织实施。
5、协助公司培训部实行员工绩效考核．激励评估管理.并制订本部门各类设备的ISO程序控制文件。

职位要求
1.能独立发现并解决问题,吃苦耐劳,服从安排.
2.有发拉克、巴顿菲尔、恩格尔、住友、海天、哈思克等注塑机维修经验者优先。
3.能熟练操作办公软件如Excel ,word, powerpoint，AutocCAD。
4.能使用英语与外籍工程师进行沟通。
