Job Description:
l Lead tool room to repair & maintenance to support Production
l Lead tool room to manufacture and modify the new tooling to support NPI and Production.
l Coach and improve subordinates' ability and skill.
l Have the charge of new tooling qualification and the relevant project performance to meet the production planning.
l Control department MOS spending and OT.
Job Requirements:
l College education and above.
l 15 years above related working experience or 10 years above managerial experience in large foreign invested corporation of plastic tooling.
l Capable to design, drawing, modification and analyze tools.
l Ability to use tooling design and drawing software.
l Master of plastic tooling process and management.
l Good written and verbal communication skills.
