职位描述：
一. 岗位职责：
1、全面负责公司工厂验厂相关准备工作。
2、全面负责公司对外公共关系，维持好与政府部门的关系。
3、负责公司劳动纪律管理工作，严格考勤制度，定期检查劳动纪律。
4、协助总经办主任做好员工招聘工作，办理员工登记、工资定级、内部调动、请假、辞退、离职等系列手续。
5、建立健全公司绩效考核体系，及时察别、分析公司员工业务技能、工作态度等状况，组织有针对性的引导和培训，保证培训效果对改善绩效发挥作用。
6、管理公司文体设施、组织各类文体活动、丰富职工业余生活。
7、完成总经理室和总经办主任的其它工作事务。
二. 任职要求：
1. 大学本科毕业，主修行政管理或社会公共关系专业。
2. 3年以上的工作经验，具有较高的社会关系网，天津大港区优先考虑；
3. 涉交能力强，头脑灵活，办事积极高效；
4. 有工厂验厂经验者优先考虑；

TPT alsp equipped itself with the advanced test device to control the quality, such as Frame Vertical/Horizontal Force Dynamic Fatigue Test Device, Fork Dynamic Fatigue Test Device, Handlebar Dynamic Fatigue Test Device, etc. Furthermore, TPT has good cooperation with SGS, OMIC, ITS, COTECNA for production inspection.
