SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Office supplies application and distribution management.
2 Visit arrangements including customer,expats,and suppliers.
3 Visa for Chinese workers go abroad & Invitation Letter for expats.
5 Company car, shuttle bus and renting car arrangement.
6 Flight tickets&hotel booking, expats'apartment renting.
7 Assist with attendance and training issues.
8 Assist staff activity management.
9 Other tasks given by HR Manager.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education Level
Bachelor degree,major in secretary or other relative.

Experience and Personal Features
1 More than 1 year experience of admin assistant or fresh graduates.
2 Native Mandarin,Excellent written and spoken English.
3 Be responsible and carefully,22-35 years old.
4 Good Knowledge and skills of MS Office software,good presentation skills.
5 Be clever and able to learn quickly.
