职位描述：
Responsibility area will include:
- Support Sales and Marketing with information and analyses related to customer- and product sales (price and volume) and profitability, including prepare the data of bi-weekly and monthly sales reporting for management review, discussion and decision-making
- Assist Sales controller to facilitate and drive sales forecasting processes, and working together with sales, supply chain and production teams in order to optimise product portfolio (from sales perspective, driven by maximizing total profitability) and working capital
- Develop metrics and tools to track our performance from customers’ perspective and to benchmark us against competition especially regarding pricing (and costs)
- Assist Sales controller to work in conjunction with GIPO treasury and sales regarding credit management, report overdue situation on bi-weekly bases and per request. Also to support the simplification initiatives of credit management process.
- Support in continuous improvement, different projects and development initiatives, especially regarding system set-up for better visibility and readability in reporting etc.
- Support other finance related initiatives/projects in China region.
- Ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements
- MSc or MBA level studies (Accounting & Finance )
- Experience from finance accounting and planning analysis with minimum 3 years relevant working experience
- Strong analytical skills together with a structured, systematic approach
- Excellent command of IT tools (office products, reporting systems, optimisation tools) and capabilities to develop systems infrastructure
- Pproject management skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
