SUMMARY
? Be responsible for the quality assurance in PDP process to ensure to achieve quality objective and customer requirements.
? Handle customer complain and take corrective and preventive action
? Promote the application of quality tools and method


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
? Plan project quality assurance activities in product development process, define quality objectives and implement project QA plan
? PDP Process tailor and planning, and implement process audit before gate review
? Coordinate Design review
? Facilitate DFMEA/risk management with design team and action follow up
? Manage TTP, review risk and actions follow up
? ECO change tracking management
? Quality review and release for samples
? Samples building process quality planning and control
? Production readiness /design transfer checking
? Customer complaint feedback and take correction and preventive action
? Customer satisfaction survey improvement action follow up
? Manage project DA and organize quality improvement activities for systematic issues.
? Lessons learn maintain
? Quality tools introduction
? Maintain product applicable standard/regulation list

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Mechanical engineering, Computer Science or related subjects.
? More than 5 years in quality disciplines: quality system establishment and maintenance, project/product quality assurance.
? Well know quality tools, like APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CAPA
? Certified internal auditor for ISO9000, TS16949 or ISO13485 is plus
? Familiar with medical device related regulatory requirements and standards is plus

Design Services (DS)
Design Services offers comprehensive product development from basic printed circuit board layout to complex product designs. We work closely with Jabil Business Units, Workcells and customers to quickly progress concepts into volume production. In addition, we incorporate vital Design for Manufacturability (DFm) and Design for Testability (DFt) guidelines that reduce production costs and increase product quality.

Our Design capabilities include electrical engineering, software engineering, PCB layout, mechanical engineering, industrial design, tooling engineering, and quality assurance.

We currently maintain product competencies in networking, servers and storage, mobile and wireless products and consumer electronics.

Advanced Manufacturing Technology (AMT)
Advanced Manufacturing Technology provides customer and sales support, systematic training, equipment and process capability studies, implementation support and technology roadmaps for advanced manufacturing, test and failure analysis processes and emerging product technologies.

Global Test Services (GTS)
Global Test Services provides test development and support for all Jabil manufacturing facilities.
