Daniel Wellington is expanding offline business in China. We are now searching for Business Developers for covering different areas within the designated region. This role will report to Regional Retail Manger, and will take ownership of and develop our retail operation and wholesale accounts within South, East and North China region respectively. This position involves frequent travelling. The goal is to assist Regional Retail Manager to set up a strong regional retail operation team for establishing own-operated stores as well as managing relevant wholesale accounts.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
岗位职责

1. Develop strong relationships with wholesale accounts and retailers. Ensure these accounts adhere to brand compliance when it comes to product presentation and commercial calendar activities.
与所有经销商以及零售商密切联系。确保所有商店在产品陈列以及各类商业活动中遵循品牌概念

2. Assist Regional Manager to evaluate new and existing locations, lead own store expansion projects, as well as identify resources needed to successfully achieve the targets.
协助区域零售经理评估现有的以及新的销售点来发展销售的拓展工程,并且确认其他能够帮助我们实现目标的资源。

3. Support Regional Retail Manager with visual, commercial, retail and whole-sale, best practice and expertise.
支持区域零售经理有关视觉陈列、商业、零售与经销商、***实践以及专业方面的工作。

4. Drive all regional points of sales to exceed sales target.
推动区域内所有销售点达成并超过销售目标。

5. Visit all Daniel Wellington point of sales within designated region, ensure all stores comply and use optimized store concept, our latest and current campaign materials and product displays.
访问目标区域内所有丹尼尔惠灵顿的经销商,确保所有店铺遵循并且使用了我们最优化的商店概念,包括最新、最近的活动资料以及产品展示。

6. Responsible for training all sales staff, representatives and distributors and make sure they get adequate training, development and coaching to optimize sales and service according to our brand guidelines.

WHAT YOU’RE GREAT AT

You are amazing at managing your priorities while working with multiple stakeholders in different departments and designated areas within your region. You have strong self-leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as strategic thinking and a creative mind.

1. 2-3 years of experience working with retail operations and retail development.

2. Wholesale account management experience is advantage.

3. Excellent training and communication skills.
杰出的培训与交流能力

4. Great analytical skills.
出色的分析能力

5. Fluency in English, both written and verbal is great advantage.
英文流利,听说读写能力俱佳者优先
