Position Summary
岗位概述
-Responsible for all project related activities during entire project phase including warranty period

-Order processing from kick off meeting with sales order to delivery/ end of warranty

-Plan and control all project activities during project. Responsible for project cost, time schedule and quality control.

-Project communication and coordination with all related parties like for example End User, Design institute, ANDRITZ product and engineering team

-Provide technical guidance and support o repair and manufacturing facility

-Ensure the machines should be repaired in high quality standard according to standard procedure.

-Analysing service product market and benchmarking

-Developing service product portfolio in China align with SPG ( service product group ) and establish training programs

-Developing and steering Product Manager to provide support for service product localization in the regions

-Managing service product launch process and R&D

-Support and execute those service R&D projects.

-Visiting key customers to see the service product potential and feedback.

-Collecting and communicating customer feedback on current service products and see the improvement or development opportunity.

-To lead the communication or coordination for those critical quality issues with related windows in project management team, improve the procedure and find out the solution.

Major Duties

-Support the sales process with the project planning and “Lessons Learnt” from previous projects

-Arrange project kick off meeting and establish the project organization

-Manage a matrix organized project team (product, site erection,…) throughout project life cycle to achieve project goals.

-Lead the review of project scope, budget, and schedule for compliance with customer specifications.

-Identify, present and report non-conforming issues and assists in resolution

-Identify potential risks to the completion of the project, including resources, costs, and systems. Recommend appropriate preventive solutions

-Lead appropriate and timely written plus oral communications with all project team members, related management functions and customers throughout the order execution process

-Lead the timely execution of major milestone approvals with customer. Manage the availability of necessary paperwork to document approvals.

-Conduct quality assurance for tasks and deliverables and leads the "Lessons Learnt" review

-Main responsibility of project activities including SAP system maintenance

-Prepare and maintain project plan cost, project cash flow follow up

-Commercial issues follow up including payment, invoice and billing etc

-Prepare, maintain and distribute project plan to relative parties

-Organize relevant project drawings from product / engineering team and forward to related parties (for example OP, PLD)

-Organise and participate the liaison meeting and design review meeting with End User/ Design Institute if necessary

-Support price negotiations with ATC`s procurement organization. (Product Transfers and Prototypes plus standard engineered parts)

-Technical support for R&D proposal and operation plus decision making

-Keep R&D technical documentation updated on the server so it reflects the latest technical development and provide such updated information.

-Handle drawing and document flow between global SPG and ATC service.

-Bachelor Degree with major of mechanical background

-More than five years product or engineering experience
