Job Title: Assistant Manager/Senior Analyst
Department: Industrial
Location: Wuhan
Responsibilities:
1. Establish and develop relationship with developers, local authorities and relevant parties;
2. Conduct market research and analyse;
3. Identify leasing opportunity and achieve;
4. Work with relevant internal teams to develop business;
5. Prepare financial analysis for justification of transactions;
6. Pro-active approach to establish new potential contacts and relationship with key stakeholders in the market;
7. Assist to appropriate proposal to win the business;
8. Any other duties as required by department head.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or master degree in logistics, real estate, finance, or marketing and relevant major;
2. At least 3 years working experience in 3PL or industrial/logistics property;
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
4. Independent and dynamic at working in MNC environment;
5. Professionalism in all aspects of the work both verbal and in demeanor;
6. Fluent in English and Mandarin;
7. Result driven;
8. Creative and strategic thinking with ability to solve problems;
9. Willing to station in Wuhan.
