Main Responsibilities:

• Establishment and development of a production facility for structures and components for refuse collection vehicles and street sweepers
• Strategic development and expansion of the joint venture, currently in the early start-up phase
• Overall responsibility for all business areas (especially Purchasing, Management, Sales, Manufacturing & Technology, Controlling & Accounting)
• Development and implementation of strategies for capturing the Chinese market
• Establishing and developing the dealer and service center network
• Responsibility for P & L
• Business Development and Product Management

Qualification:

• Successfully completed studies with a degree in Industrial Engineering, preferably specialized in automotive engineering
• Several years of experience to a comparable degree and position in a medium-sized manufacturing company
• Proven record of success in managing complex development projects
• Entrepreneurial thinking and business economic competence
• Analytical strength and solution orientation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comprehensive competence in business and personnel management coupled with a high degree of resilience to mental or physical stress
• Fluent in business level English
