Job Summary
- Perform Time and Expense functional support for Accenture Australia and New Zealand to ensure the successful achievement of business and financial goals
- Assist team lead to manage sub-team and responsible for Australia and New Zealand Time Expense operations matters
Position Description
AEE Dalian Time and Expenses Scope of Processes:
- Manage myTE software for Australia and New Zealand to facilitate the collection of Time and Expense reporting for all employees
- Upload information from myTE to Accenture’s financial accounting system
- Management of documentation for expenses submitted by individuals
- Pre-pay audits of expenses identify and investigate major anomalies
- Post-pay audits of expenses focus on compliance and business appropriateness. Compliance audits focus on matching of receipts to amounts claimed on expense report, validity of receipts; correct use of exchange rates etc.; business appropriateness audits focus on those expenses that are not justified per Accenture policy
- Understanding of appropriate statutory provisions for each country in Asia Pacific in relation to time and expense reporting
- Collation of policy questions relating to internal Accenture to pass onto appropriate financial accounting policy experts as appropriate
- Ad-hoc presentations and analysis as required
Detail Work Requirements
20% of Time Focused on Leadership
- Analysis, Development of recommendations and presentation of service metrics and process improvements to the AEE executive leadership.
- Recruit and train new finance professionals to deliver and execute the Time and Expenses processes
- Assist T&E leads on regular administration works, for example, monthly meetings, etc.
