• To represent the customer as a dedicated contact window in this organization
• To build up good relationship with key account assigned
• To liaise with operations dept for the bids, RFQs, RFIs, SOPs, service proposals, Business meetings, presentations, money collection chasing related to the accounts with support from other teams within our service area
• To shoot troubles and service problems arising within the accounts and ensure to implement the correction action plan and propose the customer solution
• To retain all the existing business of the accounts and generate new business opportunities for the company
• To develop and maintain customer loyalty through provision of exceptional service in line with customer's expectations
• To perform worldwide correspondence with the KN network
