职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
-Provides counsel, advice and recommendations on the competitive market trends, conditions and opportunities to assure proper consideration in the formulation of sales plans, marketing programs and customer business model
-Develops and manages specialized programs to acquire new business and improve existing business with profitable margin
-Lead quotation activity and coordinate related department to deliver overall proposal on time and Lead price negotiation with customer until make final deal
-Responsible for continue margin improvement activity and manage normal ECN/VEVA etc change controls and LTA negotiation
-Negotiates or assists in the negotiation of customer contracts
-Maintains good relationships with OE customers and responsible for collecting OE/OES customers needs and solve problems to exceed customers’ expectations
-Support function head to complete yearly cycle plan and budget build up

Key Qualifications:
-Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business related major
-Minimum of 8 years commercial experience at Automotive Tier 1 or Tier 2
-Familiar with automotive Electrical/Electronic business
-Proactive and strong communication skills
-Proven ability to review cost and finance analysis model and build up quotation
-Fluent in English and Chinese 举报 分享
