职位描述：
The job holder is required to manage stock level in all concerned sties, ensure the dispatches of the products are well within the shelf-life. This position shoulders the responsibilities of communication with plant team for dispatch, time slot management for truck loading and container loading. The drivers’ safety management is under the responsibilities of this job.
? Ensure the right stock level in all external warehouses taking into consideration of the safety stock level, transits time required and sales forecast corresponding to each warehouse.
? Manage the Stock Files and arrange warehouse replenishments
? Manage the interface with plant dispatch team.
? Arrange the time slot for container and truck loading in TEDA plant.
? Prepare all details of loading/delivery documents for every order to the loading team (or haulier) and rented warehouse, follow up on route orders. 准备好每个订单详细的装货单和送货单给运输商和仓库，并作好在途跟踪。
? Permanently liaise with warehouses and hauliers to ensure the smooth dispatch and delivery of orders.与仓库和运输商保持联络，以保证每个订单的顺利进行。
? First in First Our rule must be implemented to ensure no out of shelf life stock in any warehouses.
? Closing the month:
? 1. Stock reconciliation with every warehouse and plant (volume and batches)
? 2. Transport costs accrue: to follow the list from Gilda and check with supplier and
? confirm in Gilda.
? 3. Provide transport accrual to TEDA Finance Department monthly.
? 4. Validate the transport cost in Gilda
? Control supplier’s invoice before passing to the accounting department for payment. 控制每个供应商的发票，交到财务以便按照合同条款付款，做好跟踪。

? Bachelor degree in Logistics or Engineering 本科学历，物流专业；
? 至少3年工作经验，2年外资企业财务报告工作经验；
? At least 3 years of experience in stock control and management and in managing logistic hauliers. 至少三年仓库管理、物流供应商管理经验
