职位描述：
1.University degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering is required
2.Minimum of 5 years experience in mechanical engineering, such as CNC programming, fixture and tooling implementation/recommendation
3.Advanced technology regarding manufacturing process, experience in a Lean manufacturing environment is preferred
4.Ability to actively participate and facilitate group meetings
5.Ability of solving process problem by oneself
6.Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
7.Basic knowledge in ISO9001
8.Familiar with computer (Excel, Word, AutoCAD and 3D software)
9.On top priority if a hydraulic cylinder manufacturing background

职位需求：
1.Provides timely on-floor support to production areas on a daily basis
2.Analyzes and plans space requirements, workflow, organizes Plant Layout for improvement of operation system for maximum efficiency
3.Be responsible for process documentation preparation and review, such as build report, process flowchart, process map, PFMEA, work instruction etc
4.Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, lead NPI team
5.Analyzes process to proactively identify any problems, identify root causes and apply timely schedule driven solutions
6.Consult and communicate with planning and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods
7.Cooperation with quality engineer to deal with Quality issue and Customer complaint
8.Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential
