本职位交换机研发技术主管/Lead Design Engineer为客户代招职位。

我们客户是一家美资世界500强IT公司，工作地点在上海市徐汇区上海漕河泾高新技术开发区内。
要求：
1、电子、电力等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、10年以上网络交换机产品开发经验；
3、2年以上SR设计工程师工作经验
4、团队意识和较好的中英文读写能力；
Job description:
1、Meet the requirements of Sr. Design Engineer
2、Would be considered a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in their field of competency.
3、Will represent Company Design Services in technical customer discussions / meetings.
4、Work with Project Managers in the quoting process.
5、More than 10 years of networking product development experiences.
6、Knowledge in Broadcom switch and other switch products.
7、Hardware, software, SDK, power, signal integrity, testing, developments.
8、Provide technical input to help identify and solve project risks that may affect overall project plans and schedules.
9、Is expected to support the development and utilization of processes for design.
10、Lead all elements of design engineering including design reviews, design verification requirement & Spec developments, implementation, supply chain & supplier feedback, requirements for implementation, transfer to design and manufacturing team.
11、Mentoring Design Engineers and below
12、Provide onsite technical support for all manufacturing builds including engineering prototypes, NPI & production releases.
13、Stay abreast of the latest technology and techniques to provide designs that are competitive and cost effective.
14、Support management in identifying internal and external resources to support product development/analysis
15、May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification:
1、Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university
2、Minimum of 9-10 years of related experience and/or training
3、Minimum of 2 years experience as a SR Design Engineer
4、Specific requirements as defined by the market sector
5、Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
