职位：质量工程师
部门：技术&质量部
工作地点:上海

岗位职责：
1、代表质量部门与客户在技术的角度沟通解决质量问题
2、验证客户投诉的合理性，并在整个供应链（包括供应商处）中追溯发生问题的根本原因，在技术角度给出解决方案，并在必要时 递交纠正预防措施报告给客户（如8D），并追踪实施
3、. 协调相关部门解决质量问题，如有必要，需出差至供应商及客户处解决问题
4、.必要时给予客户质量培训
5、公司分派的其他工作

任职要求：
1、工程及相关专业大专以上学历
2、熟悉质量管理流程
3、了解紧固件或工具类产品的生产流程
4、至少5年以上与紧固件或工具类产品相关的工作经验
5、能阅读中英文机械图纸或产品标准
6、 ”了解常用的“质量工具 ”
7、熟练使用检测测量工具及设备
8、能适应至供应商或客户处出差
9、优秀的英语书面语及口语
10、良好的沟通和合作技巧，积极的工作态度
11、e耐心、有效、负责、能承受一定压力
