Talent Consultant - RPO - Wuxi

-Your refined skills in client management, service delivery, and project management will set you apart in your field. This is an on-site position, working in close relationship with our client from their Wuxi operations.

The Position
-You will be focused on quality delivery and end to end execution of recruitment project
-Phone based screening, face to face interviews, and assessment centers to isolate the best talent for your client
-Provide direction and support to your research and admin team to ensure creative sourcing and accurate candidate generation
-Close liaison with hiring managers - conduct face to face intake meetings, ongoing engagement updates, and support on selection of candidates.
-Representation of the clients employment value proposition to engage target candidates in the market
-Your strength will be in your ability to assist the Project Leader with resource and work allocation within the team

The Requirements
-A track record in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) or related recruitment environment
-Experience within the Greater China or Wuxi specific market. International experience is a bonus
-Ability to influence, manage and work collaboratively across business lines and geographies
-A desire to see outcomes and hit client milestones
-Strong business acumen, including related BA degree
-Native Mandarin, and strong English skills
-Knowledge of the industrial sector is preferred
