职位描述：
工作内容
POSITION OBJECTIVE　
负责变SCHLOTE工厂设备的安装调试及维护，确保设备处于正常状态，满足生产在产量、质量方面的要求。
Be responsible for Schlote line equipment setup, maintenance & repair, make sure all equipment in stable status, and meet production requirement in both quality & quantity.
主要职责
DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITES：
1、设备的安装与调试。
Setup new production line equipment.
2、按照设备维护手册和相关的文件的要求定期维护设备，保证设备处于正常 状态。
Do prevent maintenance regularly according to manual & machine maintenance procedure, make sure all equipment are in stable status.
3、当设备发生故障时及时修理，保证以最短的时间让设备恢复到生产状态，并做好维修记录和设备状态追踪。
Repair equipment，when it shuts down. Recover production as fast as possible. Note down repair record & equipment status tracker.
4、定期总结设备发生的问题，并提出整改方案。
Summarize all machine issues regularly, work out improvement plan.
6、负责设备上的PLC编程和程序调整。
Be responsible for PLC programming & debug for each equipment.
7、做好设备备件的管理，保持好安全库存，并对更换的零部件进行维修。
Keep safety spare part inventory, repair replaced spare part.
8、对于进出备件库的部品做好记录并进行追踪。
Keep record for all in/out spare part, track spare part status.
9、负责培训技术员和生产作业员关于设备方面的知识。
Train technician & operator about equipment skills.
10、负责技术员的绩效评估。
Be responsible for technician performance appraisal.
11、负责TPM的实施。
Be responsible for TPM implementation.
12、完成上级主管分配的任务
Complete tasks assigned by supervisor
职位要求(Job Requirements)：
教育背景/专业技能及工作经验
EDUCATION /PROFESSIONAL KNOWLIDGE　AND SKILLS & EXPERIENCE：
1、本科及以上学历，工程类专业。
Bachelor or above with degree in engineering related.
2，.熟悉西门子PLC程序（Step7 300 ProfiBus and ProfiNet.）和基本的控制逻辑
   Be capable in understanding Siemens PLC program (Step7 300 ProfiBus and ProfiNet.) and basic control logic
3、6年以上的自动化生产设备领域的工作经验。熟悉TPM相关的知识。
 6 years or above Automation equipment experience. Know TPM knowledge.
4、分析和解决问题的能力，具有良好的质量理念。
Ability of solving and analyzing problem Good quality concept.
5、具备良好的个性,合作精神和学习能力. 对工作高度负责、态度积极。
Good team spirit and learning ability. High initiative and responsibility to work.
6、具备阅读装配图纸、连接图纸、线路图纸
Experience in reading assembling drawing, connection drawing, circuit　　　
7. 熟练使用OFFICE软件
Strong hands-on skill; good at office software.
8, 较强的表达能力和人际沟通能力,
Easygoing personality and good communication.
