Responsibilities：
1.manage team, define and develop assembly processes and system integration. Especially mechanical part assembly work, semi or full automated assembly, establish standard labor time and create a lean assembly factory exceeding current needs.
2.Key objective is to standardize methods in use and reach high capabilities to ensure very high quality and low scrap rate in all phases of determined manufacturing processes from scintillator assembly to final assembly, testing and packing.
3.Key challenges are to implement Poka-Yoke principles and minimize operator dependency in very wide product portfolio assembly manufacturing.
4.Additional challenge is to support product modification (PM) and product creation (PC) process to successfully transfer new products into mass volume phase.
5.To have successful outcome, capability to work effectively and intensive cooperation with BU, Production, Logistics, Sourcing and R&D is essential.
6.Additional task and responsibilities as needed to fulfill department objectives.
Requirements：
Essential
At least 10+ years relevant sub-system assembly, system integration, hands-on equipment experience would be advantageous.
“Out-of-box” thinking mindset, proficient in lean manufacturing tools and apply DFM methodology to define assembly process and line layout.
Able to use quality tools like DOE, Six Sigma, 5 WHYs, etc for problem solving and deep dive to root cause complex quality issues.
Qualification
Degree/Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
