职位描述：
Responsibilities:
?Manage warehouse suppliers and a team to meet business demand including inventory accuracy, delivery to satisfy the customer demand.
?Improve warehouse management process according to Group requirement and local rules & regulations, supervise warehouse operation and monitor KPI to ensure operation in line with requirements of HSEQ.
?Strengthen the logistics safety management following the SMT standard by implementing the safety inspection of safe to load etc.
?Act as auditor of transportation safety system to involve in the safe to load inspection, training of transporters /drivers etc. and deploy the improvement action plan.
?Protect the company flow asset of stock by organizing stock taking in all WHs and preparing related reports of warehouse.
?Optimize warehouse layout nationwide and evaluate the performance of suppliers to ensure excellent service provided with competitive warehouse cost.
?Periodically review abnormal stock including damaged goods, slow moving and market phase out stock to propose the disposal solution and take actions efficiently so as to manage stock with a healthy structure to achieve better working capital requirement and cash flow.
?Provide training to subordinates and suppliers to ensure warehouse operation n line with TLC procedures and instructions.
?Discipline and investigate operational errors to determine the cause, and recommend corrective action where needed.
?Integrate area warehouse and central warehouse performance in monthly report, review and provide the abnormal stock analysis reports.
?Focus on inventory optimization while maintaining sufficient inventory to support business and realize higher turnover rate of stock in all warehouses.
?Coordinate among plant, Planning, customers and warehouse suppliers to ensure the logistics operation running smoothly.
?Continually evaluate stock management process and tools to achieve stock management competencies.

Qualifications/Experience required:
?Bachelor or Master Degree in Logistics.
?At least 6 years working experience in logistics management with at least 3 years of team management experience, with working experience in international oil chemical companies is preferred.
?Analytical thinking and sensibility to dissect and solve transportation problems, with meticulous attention to detail.
?Strong management skill like motivating team, lead by influence.
? Good Communication skills and negotiation skill with suppliers.
?High business ethics, good command of English in reading, writing and speaking.
?Strong skills in SAP system and MS Office.
