Purpose of the position
Perform sales activities within assigned geographic area in line with the sales plan Manage allocated sales team.
Key Tasks
?Manage and control the sales organization within the assigned sales territory
?Propose sales plan (SME)
?Execute and control the sales activities in line with the validated sales plan
?Assign sales-force to targets/clients
?Develop business with assigned A/B targets/clients (sales ownership for 12-monthsmaxim urn)
?Assure successful account integration to Operations, Customer Service or LAM
?Shri informtion using sales-support tools (CRM)
?Optimize cost of sales
?Assure compliance with the sales process -
?Other tasks assigned by line manager and company
Decision Making Authority
?Disciplinary responsibility over the local sales organlization.
? Margin .and selling rates
? Service offering in line with corporate guidelines
? Process ownership for local contents
Function / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working
?Functional know-how in air I sea I logistics /8CM
?Strong sales know-how
?Understanding of PA (strategy and products)
?Deep local market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment)
?Basic business administration competence

? Able to manage cross-functional interfaces (Operations and ISPs)
