Job description:
?Draft, review, negotiate, translate and manage contracts and other legal documents.
?Prepare, create and update contract templates;
?Identify and assess legal risks arising from commercial contracts and business operations;
?Advise business teams on observation and compliance of various legal requirements relating to business development;
?Respond promptly to any legal and compliance issue arising from day-to-day business activities and develop action plans and take necessary steps to solve issues;
?Advise and assist the business in negotiations with third parties and to assist as appropriate in concluding settlements;
?Monitor trends and changes to law and regulations and advise on corresponding legal actions;
?Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures;
?Handle litigation or arbitration.
?Support IP issues.
?Regular report on the legal work and other legal department assignments as allocated by manager

Qualifications:
?PRC bar qualification;
?Bachelor degree or above, and strong knowledge of P.R.C. laws – especially as relates to retail and WFOE structures;
?Minimum three years’ working experience in law firm or multinational company;
?Ability to rapidly identify key issues/risks and work independently.
?Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with organization skills and ability to constantly re-prioritize projects based on importance and urgency.
?Good legal drafting skills;
?Fluency in English (both legal writing/drafting skills and oral);
?Strong communication and interpersonal skills; 举报 分享
