职位描述
1. MAIN OBJECTIVES :
? Support of Sales and (Key) Account Manager (applications, offers, pricing,resources)
? Involvement of Solution Engineering for type 2 and 3 offers
? Study feasibility in collaboration with engineering, perform budget calculation and prepare quotation based on sales requirements.
? Execute Customer PO and Internal Order
? Interface between internal resources and sales & service or customer.
? Identify Kit & retrofit business chance, together with technology and operation team.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Suggestion of follow-up actions, offer tracking, information gathering
· Management of customer requests and sales-enhancing complaint management
· Work closely with engineering, manufacturing department to analyse the requirements of the customers and draw up the exact specifications of required machinery
· Prepare and issue quotations for all company's product
· Maintain records of enquiries and follow-up on quotations issues
· Any tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time
3. REQUIREMENT:
· college or above
· > 3 years working experience in semiconductor industry, back-end finishing process
· familiar with turret handling equipment in back-end finishing process
· Good English in both written and spoken
