职位描述：
职责描述(Responsibilities)
1.Business Analysis:
①Conduct periodical commercial review for sales & marketing channels, and give improvement suggestions to Head of business department;
②Collect data and construct financial models for entities, special research projects and new business opportunities, participant the forecasting & budgeting process.
③Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

2.Process improvement:
①Identify current commercial process and policy weakness and recommend actions to business department;
②Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
③Networks with senior internal and external specialists outside area of expertise, often pertaining to company plans and objectives.

任职资格（Qualification）
1.Bachelor Degree or above.
2.Skilled in MS office applications, and data analysis tools, strong capability on data analysis, advanced Excel & PPT.
3.At least 3 years working experiences, of which at least 2 years experience in data analysis, transaction advisory in marketing, manufacturing or business development field.(6sigma project experience would be an advantage) Working experience in multi-country companies is preferred.
4.Strong communication skills-must be able to work well across organizations and communicate effectively to senior management.
5.Stable, smart, mature, with people leading skills and teamwork spirit. 举报 分享
