职位描述：
1. Responsibility 职责
The position is responsible for establishing and maintaining critical systems to comply GMP, regulatory requirements, keeping operation in meeting GMP and Baxter standards by continuous improvement.
作为投诉处理代表负责天津工厂的客户投诉处理和客户满意度调查，以及不良反应事件的识别和报告。

2. Specific Responsibilities 具体工作职责
* Responsible for complaint handle （including OEM products）
负责产品的客户投诉处理（包括OEM产品） 。
* Collect and report adverse event, to be the plant Representative to take part in the committee and give assistance to handle the adverse event
收集并报告药品不良反应事件,作为工厂代表参加中国区不良反应委员会，协助处理不良反应事件。
* Customer survey
负责年度客户满意度调查报告。
* Responsible for FCA
负责产品召回FCA 。
* Annual review relative documents for updating as Baxter requirement
每年根据百特要求回顾并更新相关的文件。
* Commit to EHS regulatory compliance for the operation of the department and implement hazardous waste handling program.
在部门的操作中遵守EHS的规定并执行有害废物的处理程序。
* Observe and monitor behavior, provide feedback for at risk behavior and reinforce safe behaviors in order to prevent accidents.
遵守和约束自己的行为举止，对危险行为做出反馈，加强安全行为，避免事故发
生。
* Obtain appropriate EHS training and report incidents of noncompliance with EHS laws and requirements or failure to carry out EHS responsibilities, which endanger the environment or people.
接受相应的EHS 培训，报告不符合EHS法律的事故或对环境和人员造成伤害的行为。
* Understand and implement Baxter, division and regulatory EHS requirements as applicable to this position.
理解并执行百特公司EHS对该职位的相关政策。
* Other tasks authorized by superior.
其他由上级授权的工作。

3. Requirements 职位要求
* At least a bachelor degree in pharmaceutical, medical or chemical.
药学，医学或化学相关专业本科以上学历。
* At least 2 years of working experience in quality control and quality assurance.
2年以上质量控制和质量管理的工作经验。
* Good skills on English and computer.
良好的英语和计算机能力。
* Good judgment and independent on quality control process.
良好的判断力和独立质量控制工作能力
* Good leadership and human relationship skills.
