职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责课程顾问团队的日常管理；负责课程顾问的培训和指导；完成团队的业绩指标。
2、配合校区团队工作，实现个人与团队价值的共同提升；
3、与学员建立良好的关系，确保学员完成学习目标，提高学员满意度；
4、对客户进行现场咨询，引导客户签约，完成销售任务，并敢于超越；
5、保持专业精神和职业操守，提升公司品牌价值；
6、对校区的整体销售业绩负责；

任职要求：
1、大专或以上学历，有早教品牌销售工作经历者优先
2、性格开朗、头脑灵活，反应速度，应变能力强，抗压能力强，成熟、自信、稳重，言谈举止大方得体，有亲和力；
3、热爱早教行业，有进取心，有良好的沟通技巧，表达能力强，有感染力，洞察力强并能了解客户的真实想法；
4、有良好的客户服务意识及管理能力，奋斗精神，团队合作精神。 举报 分享
