Job Objective:
Responsible for design and develop software for security management system. Engineer will be responsible for develop and maintain software to support specific subsystems or for overall architecture of the system. Responsibilities include participation in concept generation, architecture design, coding, design document creation, unit/integration/system testing, and other assigned engineering tasks. Individual will be responsible for deliver outcomes including meeting deadlines and schedule.

Job Responibilities:
?Work with firmware and technical support engineer to develop application software for security management system which includes access control, alarm, video surveillance.
?Activities are self-determined and involve the assessment and resolution of complex problems at the project/functional level.
?Analyze the market requirements, translate to functional design requirement and break down to architectural designs, including module definition, program flow and etc.
?Work with test engineer to ensure the integration and system test can be conducted fluently, to ensure the software system with high reliability and best performance.
?Work with vendors to source and evaluate third-party solution when necessary,
?Work with manufacturing & operations to develop test software tools to support product validation.
?Improve upon current designs by adding new functions and increasing robustness and reliability.
?Perform tasks to ensure that projects are completed within acceptable time.
?Work across multiple sites/teams domestically and internationally.

Job Requirements:
?BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Automation.
?A Minimum of 5 years' software development experience.
?Involved in system architecture design or enterprise level application development for more than 3 years is a must.
?Proficient in C++ or C# is required, good knowledge of Delphi is a plus.
?Knowledge of database management system like SQL server or Oracle is a must.
?Knowledge of appropriate software design for reliability considerations.
?Experience on PHP, JavaScript, Web Service is a plus.
?Good verbal and written English.
?Industry experience in electronic access control, video surveillance and home automation is a plus.
?Can work independently, easy to work with and strong team work spirit.
?Open minded and willing to take challenges.
