Overview of the job:
Reporting to the CFO and Director Finance in Singapore, you will be responsible for the set-up and operations of the Finance Department (including Payroll) of a new hospital in Chongqing.

Responsibilities:
- You are initially required to set up the whole Finance system for the Hospital.
- Subsequently, you will run the Finance Department with a team of staff, ensuring that processes & controls are regularly reviewed, the hospital complies with all management, taxation and statutory reporting requirements, internal controls are in place, performing financial planning & analysis.
- You will work closely with the local management team as well as counterparts in Singapore HQ.

Requirements:
- To be successful in this position, you should possess a recognized degree on Accountancy and have at least 10 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in the healthcare industry and in a start-up will be viewed favourably.
- You should be familiar with the local financial, taxation regulations, including those pertaining to the local health insurance (医保).
- Among all other personal qualities, personal integrity and honesty are of utmost importance.
- You should be able to work in a fast paced environment and be resilient to see through projects.
- You must have good interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to speak, read and write English and Chinese. 举报 分享
