Job Title: Product Support

Organization Unit: GI- ACTA

Report to: Segment Sales manager - Electronics

Mission:

Drive sales of assigned product lines. Provide customized solution support and pre-sales supporting as technical expertise to Sales team to maximize the sales opportunity.

Major responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Working closely with sales team & project team to meet customer's needs.

· Responsible for mechanical engineering design or guide and support suppliers'design, such as nozzle and adaptor, fixture, etc

· System Integration of our product to maximize the value to customer such as screw feeder, accessories, basic automation, etc

· Find qualified supplier for mechanical machining locally in key area

· Support marketing activities regarding assigned product lines, such as new product launch, exhibitions, road show, technical materials and etc.;

· Responsible for outsourcing as well

· Be ready to take up new tasks as assigned;

Candidate profile:

Education

· Bachelor degree of mechanical-electrical engineering background or equivalent

Experience

· At least 2-3 years technical support and mechanical-electrical design experience

· Work in Electronics industry is prefer

Knowledge

· Mechanical and electrical knowledge

· Extensive knowledge of manufactory, production methods and industry trends; knowledge of automotive industry will be a plus

· PLC , AutoCAD and program skill

· Industrial assembly experience is a plus

Skill:
