Mission

To ensure local purchasing smoothly executed, tasks including managing PO & payment process, resolve supplier delivery, quality & cost issues, managing purchasing data and documents.

Job Description

l New procurement planning-ensuring our local purchasing from begin to end

l Purchasing Order Execution and Management( timely PO placement and delivery, expedite urgent shipments, rescheduling)

l Continuity supply-uninterrupted flow of right delivered at the right time

l Take the ownership of the communication and complaint handling with the vendors and forwarder in case delivery deviates from original order in term of quantity, shipping mode etc.

l Obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers on price, quality, freight, and delivery of purchased commodities.

l Establish and maintain good relationship with suppliers.

l Place the payment to the vendor

l RFQ documents preparing & releasing

l Make price comparison and bargain

l Communicate with sourcing and other cross-functional team members if necessary (e.g. project manager, product manager, sales, designer etc).

l Report supplier issues to supervisor

l Active participation in the materials and manufacturing cost reduction effort

Competence Requirements

2+ years experience in procurement specialist position in industrial product manufacturers or trading company

l Engineering/Commercial background with bachelor degree.

l Strong power, working independently, good English skills.

l Good interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, cross culture understanding, organizing and coordinating ability.
